Do your shuttles use eco-friendly fuel?
Yes! Mickey’s Space Ship Shuttle vans run on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), a cleaner-burning alternative to gasoline and diesel.
CNG produces fewer emissions, helping reduce air pollution and greenhouse gases.
So when you ride with us, you're choosing a greener, more sustainable way to travel.
Do you provide Car Seats?
Yes! We offer complimentary car seats for children (front facing, rear facing, and booster seats!). Just let us know what you need when booking and we will be sure to have the necessary seats to keep your family safe!
Why Should I use Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle?
Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle provides safe, on time, and reliable transportation.
Why not just take an Uber or Lyft?
Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle is great for groups up to 7 people or riders with large luggage that would not otherwise fit in an ride share car. The shuttle conviently has airport pickup in front of your terminal without having to take additional transportation to get to us! We also provide child seats!
Do I need to pay in advance?
No! You don't pay the drivers until you arrive safely at your destination.
Can I tip my driver?
Yes! tipping is strongly encouraged as drivers keep 100% of their tips!
Where do I get picked up from at LAX?
Passengers will be picked up under the ORANGE Shared Rides signs on the Lower/Arrivals Level in front of each terminal. You will see Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle on the list of Shared Rides allowed at LAX

Are you affiliated with Disney?
Mickey's Space Ship Shuttle was founded by Mickey Mitchell! We are not owned by Disney, however we are contracted to operate within the Disney community of hotels
How can I view customer reviews?
You can view our customer review s on Google, Yelp, and Trip Advisor where we have hundreds of reviews and have 4 or more stars on all platforms.
Can I request a quiet ride?
Of course! Whether you want to chat with our driver and get local recommendations, or want a quiet ride to unwind from traveling, our drivers will accommodate accordingly
Will you sell or share my personal information?
No, never. We value your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information with anyone.
What form of payment do you accept?
Cash payment at the end of you ride is always appreciated! However our drivers can accommodate most credit/debit cards, Zello, Venmo or Cash App. There is a $5 convenience fee added for most electronic payments.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak travel seasons, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. The earlier the better!
Is your service reliable for early or late flights?
Absolutely. We operate 24/7 and will be there when you need us, early morning or late night.
